I watched Lost tonight and now I am so excited about the first episode tomorrow. I listen to a few of the lost podcasts and my favoirtye one is the GSPN weekly Lost podcast with Cliff and Stephanie

On another podcast someone who gets to review the shows before they came out said he thinks it is the best season opener yet.

GSPN is recorded in Hebron, KY. They are having a premier party. I wish I lived closer so that I could go.

This year I will actually get to watch it live. Last year I worked when it was on but now I get off at 8:30 PM.

I am on my second day of the steriod pack and it has taken care of the hives.

Some areas look like they were brused by the hives. Is that possible?

I think I’m gettting used to the steriods. Last week I was was much more amped and nervious than I am now.

This is also the first day not taking the thyroid medication. I hope that is what I am allergic to. It will be easier to avoid it instead of some kind of food allergy.

Last week I had an allergy atack where my mouth, tounge, and throat swelled up.

I went to the Dr after about 7 hours.  They were very concerned and said I should have gone to the ER.

After they were conveniced tha tI could breathe they have me a steriod shot and a steriod pack. The swelling went down.

At first the steroids made me feel better then by the end of the week I was very agitated and nervuos. I was glad when they were up on Sunday.

TodayIt started out with hives. Then my mouth started to swell. This time I went to the ER.

They gave me an IV with a steroid in it and another blister pack of MethyIPRESDNISolone.

Then they told me to stay at home and take benadryl all day, which I did. She also gave me an epipen and said the alergic reaction might be worse the next time.

I contacted one of my Dr.s and he said to stop taking my thyroid medication. Tha is the only thing I could come up with that was the same in both attacks.

I’m going back to work tomorrow. I need to work on my performance review which is due Monday.

I have an appointment on the 11th with an allergy Dr. I need to call them and update them on the situation. When we made the appointment I was only having sinus problems.

I think the steroids will keep it from happening for the rest of the week, but I still worry about the week between then and the Dr appointment.

I’m very frustrated right now over my inability to get things done.

I’ve tried to-do lists but it doesn’t help.

This is part of my bipolar issues, however knowing that doesn’t help because it doesn’t change anything.

On my DVR I have an episode of tyra entiled how to get off your butt but I haven’t gotten arround to watching it. It is just one big circle of getting nothing done.

I also have my yearly performance review due a week from today.

I think I’ll try and go to bed now  in hopes that I will get something done before work tomorrow.
